The items received are incorrect or defective. What should I do?
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items, and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouse, and inspect the condition of the garments. To process the return, you must complete the return note that came with your order.
If the item has been used, and you no longer have the return note, please contact our customer service, they will send you a return label and return note to fill out.
I found a defect or a fault after the 30 days of right to return. What should I do?
In this case, please contact customer service. Give them all the information, you can - and, if possible, send pictures of the defect. They will assess the issue and help you.
