Payment

When you go to payment, in the “check out” section, you will be asked to enter card number, expiration date and control number.
You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is registered.
The amount will not be drawn from your account until the dispatch of the order from mbyM-shop.com.

Klarna Slice
Spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments without paying interest. No complex forms during the Klarna Account application and decisions are made in real-time. Once approved, you will start a Klarna Account and make payments monthly.
You’re in control – better management of your finances to spend how and when you want. You can choose at any time to start paying the minimum monthly payment instead with interest. You will be emailed monthly statements.
It’s easy to use again – once you’ve been approved you can use Slice it to finance future purchases up to your credit limit with just one click.
Don’t forget to pay. If you miss monthly payments, promotional interest rates are cancelled and you will be required to pay interest on repayments.

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If your payment has been declined then you’ll need to place your order again. We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined, when placing a new order, we suggest checking the following:
Make sure you enter the security code correctly. That is the three digit number at the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. You can check with them.
The money will be debited from your card when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
It is 100 % safe to shop at mbyM-shop.com. We cooperate with secure Danish systems specialized in online trading and payment systems.
Return
We get it - sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we will accept your return. Log in to the Returns Portal using your order number and the zip code used to place the order. Let us know what you’d like to return and why. Please note we only accept items that are not used or worn before.
It will take approximately 5-10 business days for processing of your returned parcel once received. We'll email you once we have processed the return/exchange.
NOTE! All our return labels are with UPS. Remember to ask for a receipt when you leave the package. The administration fee for using the label in our return portal is 8 euro, which will be deducted your return amount.
*Please note: we do not offer return labels to Spain.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
If you want to return an item without using our return portal:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging if possible, and enclose a return note describing how and why. You must state on this note the articles you wish to return.

- The refund will be processed as soon as possible, and within 5-10 workdays after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
It is not possible to exchange to a different size or article within the same order. If you wish another size or article, please return the order and hereafter complete a new order.
Please note: The package must be delivered to our address. Post-office collection is not possible. We advise you to not send the return package with Hermes, as they send to post-offices.
When you shop at mbyM-shop.com you have 14 days from the day you receive you order. When you return your order you must always register your return in our return portal here.

We don't offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or color? Return the original order and simply place a new order.
It is not free to return your order. You will be charged a return fee of €8 for each order from which you return items when using the prepaid label from our return portal.
The refund period may vary between 7-30 days, from reception of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item. Please note that you can loose your buying amount partially or fully. That happens if the value of the purchased item has decreased, because it has been used. Or it has been damaged in your care or it has been handled in an unnecessary way.
mbyM will determine the value of the item, based on our experience with 2. and 3. Sorting of goods. As an example, goods that appear to have been used or clearly damaged will be reduced with 80% of the value as a minimum.
If an item is determined as unsaleable, the reduction will be 100%.
I have returned an item, but the money is not transferred to my bank account.
When you want your money back for a returned item, you must expect 7-30 working days from the day we receive your return, before the money will be available on your bank account. This is due to the administration, and the expedition of the bank transfer.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping of my order?
No, not if you choose to use the return label* from our Return Portal. However, we will charge an administration fee of 8 euro, when using this. You are also welcome to not this label, and send it at your own cost-
If we have made a mistake in the shipping, or by accident sent you the wrong item, please contact customer service.
*Please note: we do not offer prepaid return labels to Spain.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time for orders placed Monday to Friday is 2-5 working days. Order placed on weekends and holidays will be handled the following work day. During sale and campaigns deliverytime can be longer than normal.
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail.

Orders placed on workdays before 12.00 will if all possible be packed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be taken care of the first working day.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail, which also contains your track and trace number.
Can I track my order?
You can query the status of your order at any time with our customer service. When the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with your track and trace number.
mbyM-shop.com delivers your parcel with GLS to your own address, or to a GLS package store. Return label is with UPS.
Order
All products on mbym-shop.com can be purchased online. You just have to click on the product you want, choose size and color, and then put it in the basket by clicking “add to cart”.
If you want more items, just go back and continue shopping, and then follow the same procedure. When you are finished shopping, simply press the “check out” button, and fill out your information in the required fields. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Check out the confirmation mail for correct information and address. Contact our customer service if something is not correct.
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, you should check your e-mail to see if we have sent you your order confirmation. If you have received your confirmation, and the expected delivery is exceeded, please contact customer service. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact customer service, something may have gone wrong in the process.
During sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer than usual.
If you contact us at mbyM@message.dk within 30 minutes from completion of your order, we can cancel your order. However, it is not possible to change your order. To make your purchase go as fast as possible, we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website. If you change your mind, you can return your garments once you have received your order. See "Exhange policy”.
Does your order have any errors?
If you see wrong information, or errors in your order please contact customer service and attach your order. We will handle your order as quickly as possible. If we by mistake have sent you the wrong merchandise, please contact customer service, who will help you.
Complaints & Safety
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items, and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouse, and inspect the condition of the garments. Please contact customer service before sending the package back.
If the item has been used, and you no longer have the return note, please contact our customer service, they will send you a return label and return note to fill out.
I found a defect or a fault after the 14 days of right to return. What should I do?
In this case, please contact customer service. Give them all the information, you can - and, if possible, send pictures of the defect. They will assess the issue and help you.
Newsletter
You can sign up via our newsletter sign-up form, which you will find in the footer.
What do I get out of signing up for the newsletter?
As a recipient of the newsletter, we send you inspirational material, great offers and special discounts only for members - we regularly hold exciting competitions for our members where you can win awesome prizes.
How often do I receive newsletters?
We send out newsletters approx. 1-2 times a week. During the Christmas month and up to promotions, the frequency may be a little higher.
Will my email address be passed on?
No, your email address will be stored and we will not share your information with third parties. You can read more in our privacy policy.
How do I unsubscribe the newsletter?
You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter. There's an "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of all of our newsletters.
Vouchers
Vouchers issued by mbyM-shop.com are given as a percentage discount, free shipping or an amount discount. The voucher are entered in the check-out flow and automatically deducted from the total amount. It is only possible to use one voucher per order.
You can receive a voucher during various campaigns, for example by signing up to our newsletters. The vouchers are sent by email. The vouchers are personal and may not be passed to others.
A voucher is valid until the campaign ends. If an end date is not set, the voucher is valid for 60 days.
If you wish to return an order, where a voucher discount is used, the voucher discount is not refunded to you. For example, if you shop for 70 € and use a voucher with a 10 € discount, your order total is 60 €. If you return this order, you will only be refunded 60 €. Thereto, you will not receive a new voucher to replace the voucher used in the refunded order.
The total amount of the voucher must be used at once. For example, if you have a voucher with the value of 100 €, and your order totals 90 €, the remaining amount will be lost.
